A new study from the American journal of clinical nutrition shows that eating Blueberries may help to decrease the risks for erectile dysfunction.  25,000 men were in the study ( the same Flavanone is found in Strawberries Blueberries, Red Wine, Apples ,Pears and Citrus fruit) So, a cup of one of these a day may be a great healthy benefit!
